This will not be short and sweet. This is honestly started as a thing for the insect family stuff.
- First off, I want to give them different names of the animal races. Like giving "cats" more creative names or at least sound less mundane. Like make it sound something like "human" that's more distinct but meaningful and simple. The hard part is it can't be randomly made-up words. Things that are named after mythological creatures are likely not to get this treatment. (Like dragon might keep their name as-is.)
- Redesigning Insect races yet again. Making them a little more detailed (less cartoony like their current design and more "carapace-like.") Yet I'm changing their eyes to have "normal" eyes and pupils, and reducing their arm count from 4 to 2. The current insect I have planned to make as people are ants, bees, rhino beetles, and cockroaches, possibly ladybugs. I might actually remove matises.
- Gonna try to expand the "fair folk" family of sapient people. Like standard high elves or dark elves, even fairies. But some others like several types of nymphs (which will probably be horned, and heavily environment-based.) Harpy people are now in this family as well.
- Same thing with demons, they need an enhancement and more specialized traits for definition, I guess?
- Angels need it the most! They pretty much only have ONE in the group, which seems pretty pointless, so I might add the other hierarchy of angels.
- Mushroom people need it second most. I can live with their being only one group (it's not like they can fit anywhere else) but it would still be nice to expand their group since quite a few of the creatures are fungi.
- I think I don't have enough "little races" (approximately 3-4ft) in comparison to big races (probably 8-9ft) so I need to keep that in mind too (Around 6 ft is "average" for reference.)
- I think I want to make more plant races too. They have like 3 different species, which is OK. But there is so much more I can do with this.

Overview
Don't let Mimikyu's low stats fool you, it's deceptive in more ways than both its types imply. Its signature ability, Disguise, really makes this Pokemon a unique threat all by itself. This ability, along with it's three type immunities to Dragon, Fighting, and Normal, and all the switches it forces, gives Mimikyu plenty of opportunities to get in unharmed and start setting up. I Think I Like Alolan Marowak's potential...
From a design standpoint, I just love it. Marrowak has been etched in my brain thanks to the dead Marowak in the original RB games, and I kinda like it for nostalgia reasons alone. The new Marowak just looks so cool and I'll probably be using one on my playthrough of SM if there isn't another Fire type that wows me more.
But from competitive (at least in my theorycrafting) I think it'll be just a beast. Here's a rundown why:
